Privacy Policy
Fetchly is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for early access or start a free trial in the app. Used to send your download link, trial confirmation, and license key.
- License key — to verify your purchase and activate the app. Verified against Gumroad's API.
- Device identifier — a hashed, anonymous ID used to enforce one-device-per-license. We never store raw hardware serial numbers.
- App version and platform — to help us support you and track compatibility.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not track which URLs you download
- We do not collect browsing history or usage analytics
- We do not sell your data to anyone
- We do not use advertising trackers
- We do not store payment details — all payments go through Gumroad
How your data is stored
Your email and trial data are stored in Supabase (a secure, GDPR-compliant database hosted in the EU). License activation records are stored there too. Data is protected with row-level security and is never shared with third parties.
Third-party services
- Gumroad — handles payment processing and license key generation. Their privacy policy applies to purchases.
- Resend — used to send transactional emails (welcome, license delivery). Only your email address is shared.
- Supabase — database hosting. GDPR compliant.
- Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS. Standard Cloudflare privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getfetchly.app. We'll remove your record within 7 days.
Children
Fetchly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
